Introduction:
This purifing unit is used for nitrogen purification at various pressure levels. This unit uses the normal nitrogen (purity above 98%) as the feed material, through palladium(PD) catalyst or carbon deoxidant, it removes the oxygen and then removes the moisture through the drier. The processing capacity could be designed from 1Nm³/h to 3000 Nm³/h, the outlet pressure could be set from 0.05Mpa to 0.7Mpa as per the user’s needs.

Work principle

The normal nitrogen with a certain flow rate and purity enters into the unit with the hydrogen at the same time, after being fully mixed in the mixer, the mixed gas enters into deoxygenation unit filled with palladium catalyst. With the function of deoxo catalyst, the chemical reaction happens to remove the oxygen.The moisture inside the deoxygenated nitrogen will be removed through the cooler. The nitrogen gas then enters into the driers to inrease its dew point up to -60C°.Two driers are equiped: one is for adsorption dring and the other is to regenerate the first dreier which has fully adsorbed the moisture to get ready for the next period adsoption. Finally, the high purity product is obtained after removing the dust from the dried nitrogen inside the filter.

With the function of the carbon catalyst,the oxygen inside the nitrogen is removed through the chemical reaction of the oxygen remains and the carbon supplied by the carbon catalyst.Then the moistur remains and CO2 in the deoxygenated nitrogen are removed through the cooler and the drier, meanwhile, the dew point of the nitrogen reaches about -60C°. Features:
